How do I hatch my critter?
Open a compatible foldable phone when the egg asks you to. If you start with the phone open, or use a supported iPhone, the egg hatches after a short moment or a tap.
Why is my critter sleepy or not accepting care?
Let it rest. Close the phone or use the Lights button to turn the lights off. Sleeping restores energy. When a tired critter keeps dozing after a gentle opening, give it a little more rest.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings or the Shop and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally bought the item. Cosmetic packs, critters, room themes, and the everything bundle are one-time purchases.
The Shop says it is unavailable.
Check your internet connection and App Store availability, then choose Try Again in the Shop. Core care works without buying anything.
How do sound and haptics work?
Both have switches in Settings. Sound respects your iPhone’s silent mode and mixes with your music. Haptic feedback depends on your device.
Can I change the name or replay the tips?
Open Settings to edit your critter’s name and tap Rename. Names can be up to 16 characters. “Show the tips again” replays the care and folding tips.
Where is my progress stored?
Your critter and settings stay on your device and may be included in its normal backups. There is no account or server sync. Deleting the app removes its local progress; purchases can still be restored through Apple.
