Squish privacy policy · Updated October 23, 2026

Squish is an iPhone slime toy by Souvik Biswas. It has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking. The app does not collect or send your personal information to the developer.

What stays on your device

Your sound, haptic, onboarding, angle meter, and skin preferences are saved locally. Squish also caches whether Pro is unlocked, then verifies ownership with Apple. Touch, hinge, and motion readings animate the slime on your device; Squish does not transmit or retain a history of these readings.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and restores through StoreKit. Squish checks signed transactions to unlock Pro. The developer does not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Screen recordings

Recording uses Apple's ReplayKit with the microphone disabled. Recording begins only after you request it and allow the system prompt. Apple's preview lets you trim, save, or share the clip. Squish does not upload recordings to the developer. Any service you choose to share with handles the clip under its own policies.

Deletion and choices

You can change sound and haptics in Settings, stop a recording at any time, or decline recording permission. Deleting the app removes its local preferences. Clips you save or share remain in the destination you chose and can be deleted there. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies; deleting Squish does not delete those records.

Support and this website

If you email support, your email provider sends your address and the content you choose to include. These are used to respond to your request and retained only as needed to handle it. Please avoid sending sensitive information. This website is hosted separately from the app and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect its pages.
